Installed a high-efficiency modulating gas furnace with matching 3-ton Infinity heat pump, cased A-coil, Infinity thermostat, Aprilaire 600 humidifier, new condensate pump, and updated filter boot and duct transitions, plus a 50-gallon hybrid heat pump water heater. Reused and flushed the existing lineset, ran line voltage for the new water heater, and helped the homeowner with utility rebate information once everything was up and running.
Installed a new 2.5-ton Carrier condenser and matching coil, reusing and flushing the existing lineset and thermostat, then temporarily wired the system for full testing. Reconnected the furnace drain for safer routing, adjusted the thermostat so it follows the schedule properly, and used the homeowners’ prior rebate info so they didn’t have to redo paperwork.
Installed a new 80% furnace, cased A-coil, and 3.5-ton condenser while reusing and flushing the existing lineset, updating the Infinity thermostat, and adding a new return air boot and duct transitions. Re-vented the furnace and water heater, corrected gas piping and electrical, charged the replacement condenser, then tested and set system pressures to make sure everything was running smoothly.

That Shoreview project used new controls and updated filter parts. Ask how you will switch modes and change filters. A brief walk-through should cover the settings you will use most.
At Tiffany Lane, furnace and AC work also changed the water heater vent. Tell us which gas units share your space. Ask the quote to explain how new heat will affect those other units.
Our Lorinda Drive AC job included a thermostat schedule change. If the house cools at the wrong time, say so. The issue may involve how the system is set, alongside its equipment condition.
