Heating and cooling in Orono, MN
A useful HVAC visit starts with the way your Orono home feels. Share the rooms, sounds, and run times that concern you so we can check more than the thermostat.
On an Orono cooling visit, MSP cleaned parts and checked refrigerant and electrical connections. Ask for the findings from your system. Knowing what was checked helps you decide if a repair needs more attention.
Write down which room stays warm and what time it happens. After service, check that same room under similar use. It gives you a clearer way to describe a problem that comes and goes.
Tell us if the furnace is in a crawl space or if the outdoor unit is behind a locked gate. Move loose items from the path. Share access limits before the visit so we can plan.
If you are also considering a new system, say so when you book. Ask what the repair costs and what a new unit would change. Use the findings from your home to weigh those choices.
When you book Orono HVAC service, give the system age and last service date. Describe the main symptom. Photos of the model labels help us prepare for the units in your home.

Slade did a wonderful job getting our boiler ready for winter. Also, Derrick, in customer service, explained an estimate for possible future work. MSP is a fine company and they do good work.
Great company. Had an another company come to check my air conditioner and furnace. Was told needed to replace. Wanted another opinion and MSP said it was fine. So happy. The technician was great. Told friends about MSP.
I was having issues with a clogged drain and a garbage disposal that was running rough. Turns out each issue was an easy fix. Both Nick and Donovan took the time to educate me about the issues and show me how I can remedy them in the future on my own. I really appreciated the kindness and willingness to teach from both Nick and Donovan.
We’ve delivered unmatched customer service to the Twin Cities for over 100 years. You’re in good hands with MSP!
