Installed a 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier 59TP7A060V17 on a new base, swapped ABS venting for PVC, and couldn’t add an intake because the gas and electric meters blocked the route, so it was left single-piped with the exhaust angled away. Reused the existing thermostat with its interface module, kept the EAC and UV light, added a return air pedestal, set fan speeds, and went over rebate info with the homeowner.
Swapped the existing 59TP5 furnace for a new Carrier 59TP7A060V17 on a new base, reusing the existing thermostat, boot, and drop to fit the current setup. Temporarily wired the system to restore heat and helped the homeowner with the utility gas rebate paperwork.
