Installed a 1:3 ductless minisplit system with a new outdoor heat pump in the old condenser location and three indoor heads serving the living room, master bedroom, and lower level, including new line sets, line hide, and sealing of old penetration points. Removed the existing AC, closed the old ceiling vents, but left the new system off after a failed outdoor control board was diagnosed, with a follow-up visit needed to finish startup and walkthrough.
Installed a new 90-90 high-efficiency furnace with an AprilAire 600 humidifier, new GFCI outlet, condo pump, 16×25 drop-in filter boot, and 10×25 return air drop, then wired in a new T6 thermostat and low-voltage controls. Replaced and sealed sections of cracked intake venting, set up separate intake and exhaust, added a new water heater shutoff, tested the system, and finished with a full walkthrough for the homeowner after payment was collected.
Installed a new 80–90% high-efficiency furnace on a new base, tied into the existing boot and drop, and set gas pressures with everything tested and recorded. Revented the water heater in 4″ solid pipe, redirected the saddle, reused the existing Ecobee thermostat, then walked the homeowner through the new setup and processed payment by credit card.
