Installed a new 2-ton, 14 SEER2 air conditioner with a matching gas furnace, reusing the existing thermostat and verifying proper operation. Added a new condensate pump, set new 10×25 torpedo drop and 16×25 torpedo boot, flushed the existing line set, and supplied a 16x25x1 filter.
Removed existing Lennox furnace and installed new Carrier Infinity modulating gas furnace (59MN7C100C21–22) with matching coil (CNPVP4821ALA) and Carrier Infinity 24 Greenspeed heat pump (25VNA448A003). Reused and flushed existing lineset, installed new 20×25 drop-in filter boot and new 12×25 return air drop, redid exterior venting and humidifier venting, and rerouted the condensate drain behind the furnace. Set and verified furnace gas pressures; ran heat pump ~30 minutes for performance check. Infinity thermostat configured. AHRI #213770265.
Installed a new 3-ton heat pump system, reusing and flushing the existing lineset along with the existing condensate pump and duct connections. Started up the unit with the Ecobee thermostat, verified cooling, and noted the dissipation board will be wired on a quick follow-up.
