Replaced two 60k modulating furnaces with new Carrier Infinity units and thermostats, added new drops/returns, and installed Pristine air cleaners with a year of filters. Reused existing humidifiers and coils, then tested operation and walked the homeowner through the new controls.
Installed a new 3-ton Carrier condenser with matching coil, flushed the existing lineset, and reused the thermostat, drop, and boot. Added R410A as needed, installed a UV lineset cover, then started and verified system operation.
Set a new 3-ton Carrier condenser on a level pad with a matching coil, flushed the existing lineset, and reused the thermostat. Added 9.5 oz of R454B, sealed and UV-wrapped the outdoor lineset, had Powerhouse wire the condenser and leak sensor, then started it up and confirmed it was running right.
