Installed two Carrier two-stage 80% gas furnaces with matching condensers on new bases, reused the linesets, built transitions, and tied into existing ductwork. Shifted the outdoor AC units to clear the gas meter, redid the B-vent, removed the old humidifier, tested both systems, set gas pressures and CFMs, and didn’t replace the existing thermostats.
Installed a 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier furnace with a matching 2-ton coil and 26SPA624 condenser, reusing and flushing the existing lineset. Added a new Ecobee thermostat, GFCI for the condensate pump, updated return/filter components, and tested heating and cooling before leaving.
Installed a Burnham X204 atmospheric boiler, kept the existing expansion tank, and replaced two ¾″ zone valve heads. Reconnected power and controls, tied venting into the chimney with the water heater and sealed the old sidewall opening, then ran and adjusted the boiler to confirm safe operation (5″ liner upgrade scheduled).
