Replaced the existing system with a 96% two-stage 80k furnace (59TP6B080V21-20) on a pedestal, reusing the condensate pump, filter boot, and return drop, and installed a new Ecobee thermostat while keeping the current A/C. Set gas pressures for high and low fire, adjusted fan-speed dip switches, corrected the exterior vent termination to code, and verified reliable heat.
Swapped in a 96% two-stage 60k furnace (59TP6B060V17-14) on a pedestal, reusing the existing thermostat, filter boot, and return drop with the current A/C. Verified gas pressure and heat, then helped the homeowner with their gas utility rebate paperwork.
Replaced the downflow furnace with a Carrier 59TP6B040V17-12 and installed a new Ecobee thermostat, reusing the existing filter boot and return drop. Built a return box, vented in 1.5″ PVC through the roof, rewired the low-voltage to the A/C, checked gas pressure, and confirmed proper heat.
