Installed a 2-ton Carrier condenser (26SCA424N003) and matching coil (CVAVA2414XMA), reusing and flushing the existing lineset and thermostat. Set airflow for 2 tons, added 6 oz of R-454B for the longer lineset, verified a 40°F coil temp, and left the 16x25x1 filter in place.
Installed Rheem RD18AY36AJVCA cold-climate heat pump with matching RCFY3617STANMC coil (AHRI #216891857). Reused existing wall bracket (fit verified), built new sheet-metal transition to the new coil, reattached humidifier bypass, and installed Ecobee 6 thermostat. Powerhouse completed electrical tie-ins. Startup complete and walkthrough done with customer.
Installed a 97% 100k BTU furnace with a matching 3.5-ton coil and 26SPA642 condenser, ran a new 25′ lineset, and set a new EV200 ERV interlocked to the furnace fan with a new 6″ chimney cap. Revented the water heater, added an Ecobee 6 (with power extender and room sensor), removed the old humidifier, then set airflow and gas pressures, charged the AC, and verified proper operation.
