Installed a new 3-ton 24SCA4 air conditioner with matching cased coil and ran a new lineset while reusing the existing condensate pump. Set up an Ecobee thermostat, moved the humidifier to the return for coil clearance, helped with the utility rebate info, and verified cooling operation.
Replaced the air exchanger in the small mechanical room with a B-160 unit and control, keeping the existing flex runs in place since it was a like-for-like swap. Set the control at the master bathroom location and tested airflow and operation to confirm everything was working correctly.
Installed an NTI FTVN150C combi boiler and an 80k BTU high-efficiency furnace, reworked the drop to 12”, and vented both units through the roof. Removed the humidifier and old storage water heater, tested domestic hot water and in-floor heat for proper operation and leaks, and helped the homeowner with gas rebate paperwork.

Heating and cooling in Lake Elmo, MN

On Whistling Valley Trail, we replaced an air exchanger in a small equipment room. If your concern is stale air, point out that unit too. It is separate from the furnace.
The air exchanger in that job used a control in the main bath. Tell us where your controls sit and what they do. A hidden control can be easy to miss during booking.
A tight equipment room can limit how parts fit. Send a wide photo before a replacement quote. Include the doorway so we can review both the working space and removal path.
If the home loses heat and hot water together, say so. Some homes use shared equipment for those jobs. That detail helps us choose the right service visit from the start.
