Installed a new Burnham X-203 80-80 boiler and reused the existing thermostat to keep the system layout familiar. Repiped the system with four supplies and a single 1″ return so the new boiler ties in cleanly and heats the home reliably.
Installed a new 90-90 high-efficiency furnace, replaced all venting with solid 2″ PVC, rebuilt the plenum and canvas connection, and cleaned up the A/C drain by rerouting it with proper pitch behind the furnace. Set dip switches and gas pressure, reterminated outside connections, then got the customer connected to WiFi and the Ecobee app, and confirmed they were happy with the install.
Installed a new 80-80 two-stage gas furnace with new boot and drop, building transitions for the return and from the furnace to the coil, then reusing and remounting the humidifier with thermostat control and a new drain line. Connected gas and venting, tested furnace gas pressures, and set airflows so the system runs safely and efficiently.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
