Installed a 97% 100k BTU furnace on a new base with a Honeywell T6 stat, raised the A-coil to fit the air base, and added a 20×25 EAC; reused the humidifier and set a new 20×25 filter boot with a 12×25 return. Reworked venting to a concentric termination, redid AC/humidifier drains, set gas pressure, and test-fired the system; everything looked good.
Installed a 97% AFUE 60k BTU Carrier furnace with a 2-ton condenser and matching coil, reusing and flushing the existing lineset and adding a new Honeywell T6 thermostat. Set gas pressure, added a 16×25 drop-in filter boot with a 10×25 return, temp-wired for start-up, and tested heating and cooling—everything ran as it should.
Installed a Rheem 3-ton heat pump with a matching RCFY3621 R454B cased coil, reusing and flushing the lineset. Added a surge protector and Prestige stat with ERM, tied in the existing humidifier, set a new 20×25 filter boot and 12×25 return, ran new PVC drains, and tested cooling to confirm proper operation.
