Installed a 97% 100k BTU furnace with an ECM motor and a 4-ton Carrier AC with matching coil, reusing the existing thermostat and lineset. Set gas pressure and cooling speed, fixed the main gas-line flare, added about 2 lbs of R454 refrigerant, and verified operation with a new filter boot and return; everything tested out well.
Installed an NTI FTVN110 condensing boiler and reworked the hydronic distribution; separating in-floor glycol loops from cast-iron zones with a flat-plate heat exchanger and a new 5-zone relay. Reconnected PVC venting, set up outdoor reset and a new T6 stat, and verified piping and gas; a return visit was planned to purge air and charge glycol.
nstalled a Burnham X203 natural-gas boiler and verified operation, including gas pressure checks and a test fire; set up the new T6 stat wiring path. Adjusted venting to the existing flue and staged materials, with a 5″ chimney liner and cap to be finished by our chimney partner.
