Heating and cooling in Fridley, MN

Choose a Fridley comfort fix with evidence

Before buying more heating power, check where your home loses heat. Fridley's home energy resources can help you pair equipment work with the house it needs to serve.

Use the home check

Fridley lists Home Energy Squad visits that check air leaks and insulation. If high bills are your main concern, review those findings before a furnace quote. Ask which problem equipment can solve.

Compare a matched heat pump

At a Hillcrest Drive home, we paired a heat pump with a furnace and indoor coil. Ask how a similar plan would switch heat sources. Use your own fuel bills for the comparison.

Review a shared chimney

Our Van Buren Street project kept the chimney liner and updated the water heater vent. If your furnace and water heater share a chimney, have us review both before changing either one.

Write down the cold-room pattern

Tell us if rooms cool down fast after the heat stops. Note if wind changes the problem. These clues help us assess the home and air flow along with the heating equipment.

Before your service call

Bring MSP your energy assessment if you have one. Tell us whether your goal is fewer cold rooms, a lower bill or replacing a system that has failed.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I schedule HVAC maintenance?
You should schedule HVAC maintenance services at least once a year. A tune-up helps your system run efficiently, lowers energy costs, and prevents costly repairs. Regular maintenance also extends the life of your furnace or air conditioning system.
What are the signs my air conditioner or furnace needs repair?
Watch for warning signs like strange noises, weak airflow, short cycling, uneven room temperatures, or higher energy bills. If your unit struggles to keep you comfortable, it's time to call for service before the problem gets worse.
Do you offer emergency HVAC service in Fridley?
Yes. Heating and cooling problems don't wait for business hours. That's why we provide emergency HVAC services in Fridley and the Twin Cities. When your heat goes out in winter or your air conditioning stops on a hot day, our team is ready to respond right away.
How does your pricing work? Will I get surprise charges?
We give upfront, fixed-price quotes before we start any job. There are no surprise fees or hidden charges. You'll know exactly what the repair, replacement, or installation will cost, so you can make the right decision for your home.
How long does an HVAC repair or installation take?
Most repairs take just 1–2 hours, depending on the issue. A new furnace or air conditioning installation is usually completed in a single day. We work quickly but carefully to get your home comfortable again without cutting corners.
Do I need to replace my HVAC system or can it be repaired?
Not always. Many problems can be fixed with a professional repair of your HVAC components . But if your system is over 12–15 years old, breaks down often, or costs too much to run, replacement may save you money in the long run. Our technicians will explain your options and never pressure you.
What brands of HVAC equipment do you service?
We repair and maintain all major HVAC brands and models. Whether you have a furnace, boiler, heat pump, or air conditioner, our team has the tools and training to get it running again.
Do you offer financing for new HVAC systems?
Yes. We provide flexible financing options to make replacing your furnace or air conditioner more affordable. That way, you can enjoy comfort now and pay over time.
Why should I choose an HVAC maintenance plan instead of paying as I go?
Our Total Comfort Club saves you money by including free diagnostics, priority scheduling, and discounts on repairs. Members often spend less each year for air conditioning and heating system maintenance compared to paying for emergency repairs. It also helps prevent breakdowns before they happen.
How do I know if my home needs better air quality services?
If you notice dust buildup, allergies, dry air, or odors in your home, you may benefit from air quality solutions like duct cleaning, humidifiers, or air purifiers. These systems help you breathe easier and stay healthier.

Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.

Jimmy did a great job installing our whole house humidifier and cleaning our furnace of the sediment from running portable humidifiers.

Bo did a plumbing check at my home today. He was very professional, answered questions, drained water heater, and cleaned debris from the faucet aerators. Left estimates for replacing lower toilets with higher ADA approved toilets, and replacing the plastic water turnoffs with regular turn handles to shut off the water. Very helpful.
