Installed a new high-efficiency furnace on a pedestal with a matched AC system, flushed the lineset, and set up an Ecobee 6 thermostat. Removed the old humidifier, added a new 20×25 drop-in filter boot and 12×25 return drop, then tested operation and confirmed settings with the homeowner.
Installed a 97% 80k BTU furnace with an ECM motor on a new base and added an Ecobee 3 thermostat; vented outside near the AC, set a new 20×25 drop-in filter boot, and a 12×25 return. Removed old venting and capped the b-vent tee, then tested both heat and AC and wrapped up with a walkthrough.

At a 203rd Street West home, MSP fitted a new return duct and filter housing. Ask us to check the path that brings air back. A new furnace must fit that path.
Our Firestone Path furnace job needed a new outside vent route. Tell us about windows near the current vent. We can explain what changes and show where the new pipes will end.
The Firestone Path job also dealt with the old vent connection. Ask what happens to old pipes after the swap. Removal or safe closure should be part of the planned work.
On Langford Lane, we tested heat and AC after fitting the new system. Even a heating job can affect cooling setup. Ask for a walk-through of both modes and the new controls.
Book with photos of the furnace area and outside vent. Tell us about any plans to finish the basement, since new walls can affect service access.
