Installed a Performance 17 SEER2 condenser (24SPA636) with matching air handler/coil (CVPVA3617), flushing and reusing the existing line set, thermostat, drop, and boot. Left the filter as-is since the home uses a SpaceGuard cabinet, then verified cooling and checked operation.
Installed a new air conditioner with a CVPVA2414ALA coil (AHRI #208883552), tying into the existing system for a clean fit. Reused the thermostat, humidifier, return drop, and boot, and set the 16x25x4 filter before testing cooling.
Installed a Mitsubishi 4:1 system (MXZ-5D36 outdoor) with four indoor heads—MSZ-GX12 in the living room, two MSZ-GX09s, and one MSZ-GX06—run through planned line-set paths. Removed the old line-set and condensate pipe, hard-piped the long horizontal drain with proper pitch to flexible tubing, and tested each head for smooth cooling.
