Installed a new furnace and AC system and completed product registration. Submitted permit paperwork and handled ECM motor and cooling rebate forms for the homeowner.

Installed a new gas furnace (58TP0A045V14-12) with a Performance 17 SEER2 AC (24SPA624W003) and matching coil (CNPVP2414ALA), set the condenser on a pedestal, and flushed the existing lineset. Reused the Ecobee thermostat, added a 10×25 top-drop boot and new return drop, and helped with the utility rebate paperwork.

Installed a two-stage gas furnace (58TP0B070V14–12) with a new Honeywell HZ322 zone panel and two T6 thermostats, removing the old humidifier and reusing existing duct connections where appropriate. Set up two zones with new dampers, verified operation in each zone, and walked the homeowners through thermostat use.

Heating and cooling in Eden Prairie, MN
An HVAC project is complete when you can use what you bought. For your Eden Prairie home, include setup and records in the plan from the start.
On Leaping Deer Lane, we set up two heating zones with separate thermostats and dampers. If you want separate room settings, ask what your ductwork can support before choosing controls.
Our Labont Way job included product registration and rebate forms. Ask who handles each form on your project. Keep the model numbers and invoice together so they are easy to find.
Ask us to show you how the system moves between heating and cooling. If there are two controls, try both. Make sure the labels tell you which rooms each one serves.
Have us show you the filter size and access point. Write the size beside your system notes. A new cabinet may use a different filter than the one you bought before.
When you request an MSP quote, say if you want separate zones. Ask for control setup and equipment records as part of the final walk-through.

Every part of my experience with MSP was fantastic! Their level of customer care is exceptional. I had a new furnace installed and they did a wonderful job! Would highly recommend!
We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!
I was having issues with a clogged drain and a garbage disposal that was running rough. Turns out each issue was an easy fix. Both Nick and Donovan took the time to educate me about the issues and show me how I can remedy them in the future on my own. I really appreciated the kindness and willingness to teach from both Nick and Donovan.
We’ve delivered unmatched customer service to the Twin Cities for over 100 years. You’re in good hands with MSP!
