Installed a new 2-ton Carrier condenser with a matching indoor coil, flushed and pressure-tested the lineset, and temporarily wired the system pending the electrician for the thermostat. Built a new plenum transition with a 2×12 register, leveled the pad with pea gravel per the homeowner’s request, charged the system, and confirmed cooling.
Installed a cold-climate Rheem heat pump with a matching cased coil, flushed and reused the existing lineset, thermostat, condensate pump, boot, and drop. Verified charge and operation, noted the disconnect needs replacement, and wrapped up with a homeowner walkthrough.
Installed a 97% furnace with a matching 2-ton heat pump and cased coil, set up a Honeywell Prestige thermostat, and added a new condensate pump. Added a basement return behind the water heater with new ductwork (10×25 drop, 16×25 boot), removed the old humidifier, verified operation, and helped with utility rebates.

Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.
Bo did a plumbing check at my home today. He was very professional, answered questions, drained water heater, and cleaned debris from the faucet aerators. Left estimates for replacing lower toilets with higher ADA approved toilets, and replacing the plastic water turnoffs with regular turn handles to shut off the water. Very helpful.
