Installed a new boiler and water heater system to replace the old units at the property. Work was completed and left ready for final electrical connections by the electricians scheduled for follow-up.

Ran a new gas line and pressure tested it, then finished venting the system and prepped the thermostat wiring. Left the regulator and gas kit under the unit for the next visit after inspection and confirmed the customer’s setup for power with a GFCI outlet.

Mounted a Reznor UDXC-45 unit heater in the garage corner, ran a new gas line from the meter through the attic, and vented through the roof with a new chimney cap. Tied into existing power, pressure-tested the gas, and left the thermostat and final gas tie-in ready pending inspection.

Heating and cooling in Deephaven, MN
Moving an outdoor unit can affect more than the equipment. For a Deephaven HVAC change, review the home layout and the lot before you settle on a spot.
Deephaven directs setback questions to its planning staff. If you want the AC moved, ask for a site check first. A spot that looks open may still need a boundary review.
Show us gates, steps and shrubs near the unit. Ask how we will reach it for future work. Leave room in your landscaping plan for both air flow and service access.
A new outdoor spot may change the pipe run to the indoor coil. Ask which parts of that route are included. Finished ceilings or tight spaces may affect the work.
If the current system fails, start with a diagnosis. Ask what the repair would solve and what it would leave in place. Use that answer when you compare a replacement quote.
For a Deephaven HVAC quote, tell MSP if you want equipment moved. Have a lot sketch or survey ready if the proposed location is near a property line.

Nick went above and beyond. I had a terrible experience with a prior HVAC company so when he arrived I was skeptical of what I’d be getting, however he walked me through every step, every option that was available so that I could make a well educated decision. Would recommend this company and will be using their services from now on
Jackson patiently walked me through the issue I was having with my air conditioning. Very knowledgeable and amiable. Update: Jefferson installed my new system. He did a wonderful job and was a delightful human on top of that.
I had my annual water heater tune up done today. Bo did a very through service. He found a small part that needed to be replaced. I am always impressed with the service I receive from MSP.
We’ve delivered unmatched customer service to the Twin Cities for over 100 years. You’re in good hands with MSP!
