Installed a new 80-90 furnace with a Performance AC system on a pedestal, added an Ecobee 6 thermostat with smart sensor, and flushed the existing lineset. Updated the return air drops and filter boot, set gas pressures and cooling CFMs, and finished rebate and financing paperwork so the home was heating reliably again.
Installed a new 90-90 furnace with a 59TP7A060V17-16 unit, reusing the existing thermostat and condensate pump while adding a new 10×25 drop and 16×25 boot. Tested the furnace, set AC airflow (CFM), helped with the utility rebate form, and collected the cashier’s check before leaving everything heating well.
Installed a new high-efficiency 90-90 furnace with matching AC, humidifier, new Infinity thermostat, and updated line set, venting, and filtration. Reworked supply and return ducting, ran a new gas line, verified operation with a full walkthrough, and left the system ready for rebate paperwork and everyday use.

Heating and cooling in Columbia Heights, MN
New equipment works with the ducts already in your house. For a Columbia Heights upgrade, MSP can look at the air path as well as the heater and AC.
On a Columbia Heights install, MSP changed the return ducts and filter box with the furnace and AC. Ask if your quote includes air return work. The equipment price alone leaves that out.
A filter box should be easy to reach after the work. Show us nearby shelves and stored items. Ask which filter size the new setup uses before buying a large supply.
The local install added a thermostat with a room sensor. If one bedroom feels different, ask where a sensor would help. A sensor still needs a system that can deliver air there.
A finished basement or new room may change the duct plan. Columbia Heights lists mechanical changes as permit work. Discuss the new room use before the work is hidden behind drywall.
Book an HVAC visit with MSP. Tell us which room is least comfortable and whether doors are usually shut. Point out any recent changes to the floor plan.
