Installed a new Carrier furnace and 2-ton AC with matching coil, replaced the 20′ lineset, and set up an Ecobee 3 using a wire saver since running a new common wasn’t possible. Moved the furnace back for clearance, added a drop-in filter boot and new return, tested everything, and wrapped up with a homeowner walkthrough.
Installed a new 2.5-ton Carrier AC with matching coil, reused and flushed the existing lineset, and kept the current thermostat and humidifier. Built a new transition from coil to canvas, charged the system, and wrapped up with a homeowner walkthrough.
Installed a new Carrier 2.5-ton AC with a cased coil, replaced the 30′ lineset, and set up an Ecobee 3 thermostat. Removed the old humidifier to make space, adjusted charge for the short lineset, set fan speed, reused the existing drop/boot, and tested everything with the customer.

We were experiencing poor air flow on the air conditioning side of our HVAC system, throughout the house. .Jimmy was able to adjust the setting on the furnace motor. The air flow improved immediately. He also recommended we set the thermostat to “fan on” vs “auto” all the time. Jimmy was very friendly, knowledgeable and fast!

Bo did a plumbing check at my home today. He was very professional, answered questions, drained water heater, and cleaned debris from the faucet aerators. Left estimates for replacing lower toilets with higher ADA approved toilets, and replacing the plastic water turnoffs with regular turn handles to shut off the water. Very helpful.
