Installed a new 2.5-ton heat pump with matching cased A-coil, reused and flushed the existing lineset, and kept the current thermostat, drop, and boot in place with a 16x25x1 filter. Removed old metal and reworked the plenum with new canvas and transitions for the coil and humidifier, relocated piping and the controller, moved the outdoor unit beside the disconnect, and set the heat pump to run at a higher balance temperature per the customer’s preference.
Installed a new 2.5-ton AC system with matching coil, reused and flushed the existing lineset, and kept the current thermostat and humidifier while adding a new condensate pump. Reused the existing duct boot and drop, changed the filter, set fan speeds, and fine-tuned the charge after running the system to confirm proper cooling performance.
Installed a new high-efficiency furnace with matching heat pump, ran a new 30′ lineset, set up an Ecobee 3 thermostat, and reused the existing humidifier with updated filter boot and return ductwork. Tested both heating and cooling, set gas pressures, pulled new low-voltage wiring to the thermostat and outdoor unit, and placed the heat pump in front of the laundry room window per the customer’s preference.

Great service from Mike who did a boiler health check inspection. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional and I appreciated his system care recommendations. He also explained some of the inner workings of the system while it was opened up which was very helpful.
Jackson patiently walked me through the issue I was having with my air conditioning. Very knowledgeable and amiable. Update: Jefferson installed my new system. He did a wonderful job and was a delightful human on top of that.
Plumbing under sink needed to be replaced because the glued joints were leaking. Tom Miller did great work! We also had to have the drain line that runs underneath the basement slab cleaned and Donovan did an excellent job also despite having problems with some of the equipment. Overall I would use them again without hesitation.
