Installed a Burnham X203NGH 84% boiler with a hands-free upgrade and a new Honeywell T6 thermostat, reusing the existing chimney liner and cap. Bled the radiant system without isolation valves, verified gas pressure, left pump wiring for the electrician, and collected the remaining check.
Installed an Aprilaire 700 on the back of the furnace, removed the remaining parts of the old humidifier, and replaced the piercing valve with a proper humidifier valve. Added two 3/4″ service valves at the water heater and checked everything over for smooth operation.
Installed an 80% 44k-BTU single-stage furnace on a new base with a 1.5-ton Carrier condenser (26SCA418N003) and matching coil (CVAVA1814XMA), reusing and flushing the existing lineset and thermostat. Added a 16×25 drop-in filter boot and new 10×25 return drop, verified gas pressures with subcool >8° and superheat >11°, and walked the homeowner through operation and permitting.
