After you sign off on the estimate and project, our technicians will start your heating repair or installation. We always lay down drop cloths and wear shoe covers to keep your home clean no matter the job. Once we complete the job (most likely in one day), we'll answer any questions you may have about our work. If you've installed a new heating system, we'll walk you through how to use your new heating equipment's features.
We respect your time and home, so our technicians will always give you a courtesy call 30 minutes before arriving at your home the day of your appointment. Once they arrive on time at your home, we will assess your current heating system and either diagnose the problem or recommend a new system, depending on your heating request. MSP technicians will provide you with upfront prices for any project of ours, so you will never be shocked by your final bill.

Replaced a 60-year-old Bryant boiler and non-functioning attic air handler at this Saint Paul home with a full heating and cooling overhaul. The new system includes an NTI combi boiler, handling both heat and hot water in one unit, paired with a Mitsubishi 3-zone ductless mini split with three indoor heads. The customer also qualified for a $2,000 utility rebate on the new equipment.
Summit Avenue, Saint Paul, MN 55105
Replaced an aging boiler at this Summit Avenue home in St. Paul with a new NTI FTVN199C high-efficiency combi boiler, handling both home heating and hot water in a single unit. The team installed a new boiler stand, ran new 3" PVC venting and gas line, replaced the expansion tank, added a new circulator pump, and installed an Ecobee 7 smart thermostat. A multi-technician install completed in one day, with electrical and permit work coordinated on-site.
