1 Eligibility

Participants must meet all of the following requirements:

Be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Own their home or be legally authorized to make decisions regarding furnace service or replacement.

Reside within MSP Plumbing Heating Air’s service area (cities listed at callmsp.com).

Employees of MSP Plumbing Heating Air, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional partners, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to participate.

2 How to Enter

No purchase necessary. The sweepstakes runs February 1– March 13, 2026. All entries must be completed or received during this period.

Participants may enter in one of the following two ways:

Option 1: Book a Furnace Tune‑Up

Schedule and complete a Furnace Tune‑Up with MSP Plumbing Heating Air between February 1 and March 13, 2026.

One completed Tune‑Up equals one entry.

Option 2: Mail‑In Entry

Send the following information:

A brief explanation of why you deserve to win a free furnace

Mail‑in entries must be received by March 13, 2026. Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, or received outside the promotional period will not be accepted.

3 Prize

One (1) winner will receive a FREE Carrier Furnace, valued at $3,500, including standard installation.

Alternatively, the winner may apply the $3,500 value toward the cost of a non‑standard furnace and installation.

The prize is non‑transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be substituted except at MSP’s discretion if the advertised model becomes unavailable.

Any upgrades, code-required modifications, or additional work beyond standard installation may result in additional charges, which are the responsibility of the winner.

4 Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the promotional period ends.

The winner will be notified via phone and/or email using the contact information provided.

If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, declines the prize, or is deemed ineligible, MSP reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

5. Publicity & Consent

By entering, participants agree that MSP Plumbing Heating Air may use their name, city, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including photos, videos, or testimonials.

6. General Conditions

MSP reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

MSP is not responsible for technical issues, scheduling conflicts, mail delays, or other circumstances that may prevent entry.

MSP may modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other issues compromise the integrity of the giveaway.

Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or interfere with the giveaway may result in disqualification.

7. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release MSP Plumbing Heating Air from any liability related to participation, prize acceptance, installation, or use of the furnace, except where prohibited by law.

MSP is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete entries.

8. Agreement to Rules

Participation in the giveaway constitutes full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to MSP Plumbing Heating Air’s decisions, which are final and binding.
