Our 5-star furnace tune-up process
We confirm your appointment request
We'll do our best to accommodate your schedule and choose a time that works for you. Many times, we can have a technician at your home as early as the same day you call. Most homeowners like to schedule a furnace tune-up in the fall. But the reality is any time is a good time for a tune-up if it prevents an unplanned repair. If you're a Total Comfort Club member, you'll have your visit pre-planned, and we'll call a few days in advance to let you know that your tune-up visit is on deck.
We send a technician to your home
One of our licensed technicians will arrive at your home and share details regarding how the tune-up process works. From there, your tech will get right to work performing a comprehensive furnace tune-up.
We share the findings of our tune-up and may suggest repairs
After the tune-up is complete, your technician will reach out and let you know the state of your system. If your technician is concerned about a part or parts, they'll let you know. But it's up to you to decide whether to make those repairs. If you decide to replace a part or two in advance, it won't require another visit. We have pretty much everything in our trucks ready to go!
We finish up any final repairs and say our goodbyes!
If you've signed off on some repairs, we'll get right to work making those for you. Our techs are quick, and the repairs shouldn't take more than another hour or two, max.
